Fried rice in five minute ??

Oh no need to worry, this is we can make simply of something delicious if we are hungry just need five minute

Ingredients:

  • 400 grams cooked white rice

  • 100 grams anchovy (teri nasi), fried until crispy

  • 1/2 onion (thinly sliced)

  • 2 large red chilies (thinly sliced)

  • 2 cloves garlic (thinly sliced)

  • 5 shallots (thinly sliced)

  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 200 ml cooking oil (for frying and sautéing)


Instructions:

  1. Fry the Anchovies:

    • Heat about 100 ml of oil in a pan.

    • Fry the anchovies until golden and crispy. Remove and drain.

  2. Sauté the Aromatics:

    • Remove some of the oil, leaving about 2–3 tablespoons in the pan.

    • Sauté shallots, garlic, and onion until fragrant and soft.

    • Add the sliced red chilies, stir-fry until slightly wilted.

  3. Add Tomato Paste:

    • Stir in the tomato paste, mix well until evenly combined.

  4. Add the Rice:

    • Add the cooked white rice, mix thoroughly with the seasoning and tomato mixture.

  5. Season:

    • Drizzle with sesame oil and stir well.

    • Taste and adjust seasoning (add a pinch of salt or seasoning powder if needed).

  6. Add Anchovies:

    • Add the crispy anchovies to the rice and mix well. You may reserve some for garnish.

  7. Serve:

    • Serve hot with a sprinkle of anchovies on top for extra crunch.


Extra Tips:

  • You can add scrambled eggs or vegetables like mustard greens for a complete meal.

  • Adjust the chili according to your spice preference.
